What are your hours?

We are open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday and we are closed on Federal Holidays.

Where do I call to cancel a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card?

What number do I call to activate my ATM/Debit Card?

Please call our debit card activation service at (866) 633-5293. You must call from the home phone number that was given when you opened your account.

Where can I get information regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)?

The IRS has Publication 969 for HSA information.

How do I set up direct deposit?

Security First Bank can receive direct deposit from your employer and others. The information you will need is our routing number, which is: 121144418. You will also need your account number. Direct Deposit is a quick and safe way to deposit into your account.

Can I make a deposit after hours?

Yes, we have a night depository and ATM located on the east side of the bank. You can deposit 24 hours a day into the night depository. We process night deposits upon opening each business day.


My Debit/ATM card has stopped working. What should I do?

If your card has stopped working, please call Security First Bank at (559) 225-1700 during normal business hours. If it is outside of normal business hours, you may call Debit Card Security Services at (800) 500-1044 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
