What are your hours?

We are open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday and we are closed on Federal Holidays.

Where do I call to cancel a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card?

What number do I call to activate my ATM/Debit Card?

Please call our debit card activation service at (866)633-5293. You must call from the home phone number that was given when you opened your account.

Where can I get information regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)?

The IRS has Publication 969 for HSA information.

When and where did Security First Bank relocate?

Security First Bank relocated effective September 7, 2010 to our new location. The new location is located on the South/East corner of Palm Avenue and Nees Avenue. The new address is 663 West Nees Avenue, Fresno, California 93711.

Did the phone number change after the relocation?

No. All phone numbers will remain the same after the relocation.

How do I set up direct deposit?

Security First Bank can receive direct deposit from your employer and others. The information you will need is our routing number, which is: 121144418. You will also need your account number. Direct Deposit is a quick and safe way to deposit into your account.

Can I make a deposit after hours?

Yes, we have a night depository and ATM located on the east side of the bank. You can deposit 24 hours a day into the night depository. We process night deposits upon opening each business day.


My Debit/ATM card has stopped working. What should I do?

If your card has stopped working, please call Security First Bank at (559) 225-1700 during normal business hours. If it is outside of normal business hours, you may call Debit Card Security Services at (800) 500-1044 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
